Deckwise has created a 2 part cleaner and brightener system for hardwood decks, rails, fences and all exterior wood surfaces. Part 1 is the cleaner, designed to remove dirt and natural graying from the wood. The cleaner contains Sodium Percarbonate to break down mold and mildew. Part one restores your hardwood's color and grain pattern Follow with Part 2, the brightener. This is designed to renew the color by removing tannin stains as well as those caused by, rust, fungus, and any dirt remnants. Active ingredient Oxalic Acid helps to neutralize pH of the wood after cleaning. This process allows for even absorption of stain or oil and increases it's longevity! Used together the cleaner and brightener will remove stains and graying and prepare the wood for Ipe Oil, a hardwood deck finish or Wisecoat, a water-based sealent to protect and bring out the wood's natural color.
